Monday Night at 7 PM is the Emergency Roll Call Net. The last Monday of the month is a full radio check. VA7RCK repeater first, then simplex at 147.100, no offset no tone, then VA7CRC repeater.
Thursday night at 7 pm is meet-up at the clubhouse – 5725 Tyson Road, Chilliwack. The last Thursday of each month is the business meeting.

FIELD DAY
Amateur Radio Field Day is North America’s largest on-the-air emergency preparedness exercise. During the event, operators set up portable, off-grid radio stations to practice rapid communication deployment in the event of grid failure.
Saturday 9am set up and go for 24 hours! Same location and times as last year – 9363 Upper Prairie Road.
Come on down and operate a radio, try out some new gear or set-up your portable station and participate.

Advanced License Course
We are in the planning stages for holding a weekly course starting this September. We are looking for feedback as to the number of people that would be interested and what day of week would work best (Thursdays are out, due to the club monthly meeting). We are thinking the course would run for a couple hours a night over 6 to 8 weeks. Please email us at VE7AFASec@outlook.com with your name and day of week preference.

CHWK Amateur Radio Annual General Meeting
Annual General Meeting will take place at 1930 PT at the CARC club location. 5725 Tyson Rd.
Come on down to the meeting and share your thoughts, ideas, etc of the past year, and going forward into 2027. We will be holding Elections for all Executive positions. Club Dues to be paid before the start of the meeting if you want Voting Rights. They are payable at any Thursday evening meeting, or Online on the website.
